If my non-stick is damaged, can I still use it?Updated 4 months ago

If your pan has pits, holes, or peeling, you should stop using it and contact us to discuss a warranty replacement, should the pan be under warranty and the condition of the surface is due to manufacturing issues, not mis-use or regular wear and tear (not covered by the warranty).

If your pan has burned, has carbonised build up from food and oil residues, we recommend replacing your pan. To avoid this buildup in the future, always make sure to clean your pan thoroughly after each use, do not overheat the pan and ensure you follow the instructions for proper use and care.
