Product mis-use, abuse or regular wear and tear over time is not covered by the guarantee (please&#xA0;<a href="https://help.scanpan.co.za/en-US/what-exactly-does-scanpan%E2%80%99s-warranty-cover-385053" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">see here</a>&#xA0;for what is covered by the warranty).&#xA0;If the product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period (as stated on or in its original packaging), which is not caused by misuse, neglect or abuse, we will repair or replace the product. In cases where a suitable replacement product is no longer available, the original retailer may refund you. Scanpan products come with up to a 10 Year Warranty, however some products may have shorter periods (including TO GO - 1 Year). Please check with us if you are not sure or cannot find your original packaging.If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned, based on the warranty specific to the item. This warranty is included in the original packaging. Please retain and refer to it before attempting to return the item.All returns must have a Returns Authorisation Merchandise (RMA) reference. Only products purchased from an authorised retailer in South Africa are covered. Products purchased from individuals or that are re-sold are not covered by the warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase.Ovenproof up to 250&#xB0; C, including the lid and handle.If you believe your issue is due to a manufacturing or material defect and not due to wear and tear from regular use or damage from misuse according to the warranty, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the warranty claim.
